Treatable Symptoms

Emotional: Anger, guilt, low self-esteem, low confidence, shyness, jealousy, grief, negative relationship patterns and palliative care patients.

Behavioural: Unwanted habits including nail-biting, gambling, drinking, smoking, overeating, teeth grinding, nervous twitches, stuttering, bed wetting, aggression and other uncontrolled behaviour.

Mental: Stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, post natal depression, phobias, panic attacks, memory and concentration problems, disturbing dreams and nightmares, performance and creativity blocks (e.g. sexual, sport, study).

Physical: (where there is no known organic cause) – Migraines, eczema, psoriasis and other skin problems, allergies, muscle tension, ulcers, irritable bowl syndrome, fatigue, sensitive eyes, itchy scalp and other stress-related problems that are often called psychosomatic. PST can be effective with any physical, emotional or behavioural problem when an unresolved emotion is the real cause, Psychiatric / psycotic conditions are not treatable with PST.
